Payment Information There are currently three methods of payment for orders made to Drew Fennell Publishing. Customers in the United States may use any of the three. Canadian customers may use methods one and two. And customers outside the U.S. and Canada may only use method number one. Method #1: Paypal Invoice. This method is available to all customers. Customers will receive an invoice, via email, from Paypal. The customer may make payment with Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express cards, as well as transferring funds from a bank account. Paypal is fast, easy and secure, and you need not have an account with Paypal to use their services. Method #2: Money order. This method is available only to customers in the United States and Canada. Payment, made in U.S. Dollars, shall be made out to Drew Fennell Publishing. Method #3: Personal Check. This method is available exclusively to customers within the United States. Checks should be made out to Drew Fennell Publishing. Index (back to top...) Shipping Information Shipping charges are calculated based on the amount that is spent, and increase incrementally. Orders will be sent as expediently as possible -- primarily via United States Postal Service (see their website for more information). Shipping rates within the United States... If your order totals is less than or equal to $50.00 your shipping total will be $5.75 If your order totals is between $50.01 and $75.00 your shipping total will be $7.00 If your order totals is between $75.01 and $100.00 your shipping total will be $7.75 If your order totals is between $100.01 and $150.00 your shipping total will be $9.25 If your order totals is between $150.01 and $200.00 your shipping total will be $11.50 If your order totals is between $200.01 and $300.00 your shipping total will be $13.00 If your order totals is greater than or equal to $300.01 your shipping total will be $15.00 Shipping rates to Canada... Sales Tax Information Sales tax is only due of those ordering from within the borders of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The current rate of sales tax for Pennsylvania residents is 6.0%. There is an additional 1.5% sales tax due for sales made in Allegheny County, PA, however, that charge will not be passed on to the consumer. In short, if you are making a purchase from within Pennsylvania, you will incur an additional sales tax charge of 6.0%. Index (back to top...)
